Reaching out for support takes courage. If you're here, you're already taking a powerful first step toward change. We all have a story that should be told, and I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based approach as I believe we are the expert of our own lives in which we all have strengths that can be a foundation for lasting change. My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with clients in identifying and overcoming barriers to personal growth, equipping them with coping strategies, healthier thought patterns, and increased emotional resilience, so they can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and a sense of purpose.  As a therapist, I aim to provide a safe, validating, and non-judgmental space that can be authentic and empowering.

I received my Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University (Go Cyclones!) in 2019, where I double-majored in Psychology and Child, Adult & Family Services. I then went on to receive my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Iowa and graduated in May of 2025, and am a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW).

My experience includes working with children and their caregivers regarding development and interactions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. I currently see young children through adolescence (0-18), and families.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and podcasts, watching tv and movies, going on walks with my dogs and significant other, cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, and being out in the sunshine.
